Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality patient care. You will perform PT assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and deliver direct patient care while maintaining accurate PCC EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT).
• Licensed PT in state of practice.
• Ability to conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients to assess medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation planning.
• Maintain EMR documentation (PCC experience preferred).
• Perform CPR as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.

$5,000 sign-on bonus to FT employees is paid quarterly for 1 year.
