Qualifications

• Current/Temporary PT license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year rehab experience preferred for adult/geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments for adult and geriatric patients.
• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehab technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in line with state practice acts.
