Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist in Webster Groves, MO to perform objective assessments and develop individualized plans for adults and geriatrics. You will supervise patients and rehabilitation staff, ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards and state practice acts.

The role requires a Doctorate/Master or Bachelor in Physical Therapy with current Missouri licensure and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current Missouri Physical Therapy license (or temporary).
• BLS certification required and current before patient care.
• Six months to one year rehabilitation PT experience preferred for adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per state acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values and service standards; adhere to policies and procedures.
