Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a large nonprofit acute care hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care and education with a servant leadership mindset.

The position is full-time with a schedule of 8:00–5:00, five days a week, plus a 1 in 4 weekend rotation. A six-week mentorship/onboarding program supports transition and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT (NPTE) and eligible for TX licensure.
• Experience in Acute Care settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 acute care therapy.
• Educate patients on injury, treatment, and expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Document progress and outcomes in patient records.

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's

Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
