Responsibilities
Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.
Qualifications
- One (1) year experience as a physical therapist in an acute care facility preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's or Doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy.
- Current California Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California).
- If CA PT License Applicant (PTLA) Letter recipient: licensing exam must be passed within (120) days from letter date.
- BLS (CPR) certification.
