Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a large, collaborative acute rehab team in Texas. The role offers a diverse caseload across units with mentorship and onboarding support in a 400+ bed hospital environment.

The position provides a guaranteed 40-hour schedule with dedicated documentation time, no overtime, and a robust benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, and substantial PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PT (NPTE) or eligible to obtain license before employment.
• Experience in Acute Rehab/Inpatient setting preferred.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an inpatient setting preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Engage in mentorship and onboarding program.
• Document patient care within allocated time; no overtime required.
