Full Time Physical Therapist/PT

Location: Columbus, GA

Position: Acute Care Inpatient Physical Therapist - St. Francis Hospital

Responsibilities

• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients to improve functional activities.
• Timely documentation using EMR: CERNER.
• Observe patient responses during treatments, evaluate progress, and report findings.
• Fit and train patients in orthopedic braces, prostheses, supportive devices like crutches, canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and modify treatment programs.
• Orient and supervise new Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist/PT licensure in good standing or ability to obtain Georgia licensure.
• Open to experienced therapists and new grads.
• Must meet all pre-employment standards.
