Job summary

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a 300+ bed hospital in Dallas, TX to recruit a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time Acute Care role. The caseload spans Ortho, Neuro, Cardiopulm and ICU with a 6-week mentorship and onboarding program.

Schedule is 5-8s with 1 in 4 weekend rotation. Benefits include 4+ weeks PTO, relocation assistance, $12,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 tax-free loan forgiveness, and comprehensive medical/dental/retirement plans, plus paid certifications and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Experience in Acute Care preferred.
• Team-based care mindset and willingness to educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care across acute care units (Ortho, Neuro, Cardiopulm & ICU).
• Educate patients about treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs and SLPs to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress and contribute to plan of care.

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8 to 5pm
