Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a 200+ bed hospital in Midland, TX. The position supports a 5-8 schedule with 8am-5pm shifts and 1 in 4 weekend rotation, focusing on 1:1 patient care across Ortho, Neuro, Cardiopulm and ICU units.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside 1:1 patient care with a patient-centered approach.
• Educate patients about injuries and treatment expectations.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in an acute care setting.
