Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for a 100% Acute Care role at a non-profit hospital. You will join a large on-site team of therapists and float across ICU, Stroke, Post-Surgical, Oncology, and more in a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.

We offer full insurance plans, a $5,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance, and tuition loan reimbursement to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.
• H-1B Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Float among every area of Acute Care daily.
• Cover ICU, Stroke Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, Oncology Floor, and more.
• Traditional M-F Schedule.
