Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans to align with patient progress.
• Maintains clear documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adapts care to diverse patient populations and maintains compliance with policies.
