Essenti Talent seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will document progress, manage goals, and coordinate care with the broader team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
