Qualifications

• Must have 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Strong knowledge of PT principles and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.
• Collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
