Banner Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for Page Hospital in Page, Arizona. The role covers inpatient and outpatient therapy with a Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm schedule and Friday 8am–12pm, offering a strong work-life balance in a scenic community.

We provide a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation incentives. The candidate should be a graduate of an APTA-accredited program with a current Physical Therapy license and BLS certification, ready to join a nationally recognized leader in patient

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient’s functional abilities and limitations and establishes a plan of care.
• Implements and documents treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Communicates results and progress to physicians, nurses, and the care team.
• Ensures patient safety and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team.
