Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Administer safe and effective therapy treatments.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as patients progress.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies.
