Mercy in Missouri seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership.

You will supervise patients, rehabilitation technicians, and PT assistants, maintain alignment with Mercy standards, and participate in ongoing care improvements. A DPT is required, current state licensure, BLS certification, with 6 months to 1 year preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current/Temporary license to practice Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Six months to one year rehabilitation experience preferred for adult/geriatric care.

Aufgaben

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, policies, and Mercy Service Standards; collaborate with Therapy Leadership.
