AdventHealth in Florida seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our faith-based team. You will assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and supervise assistants to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services are delivered in a collaborative setting.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent, BLS/CPR certification, and strong English communication. Expect a patient-centered, community-focused work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Entry level competency of physical therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications per department policies.
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely per standards and procedures.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Oversees care provided by PT assistants and rehab aides as per regulations.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and practices to build referral relationships.
• Maintains productivity standards and adjusts hours to meet patient needs.
