Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The role includes delivering PT services, assessment, treatment planning and documentation under physician orders.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff, with relocation assistance up to $3,000. Strong candidates will have an active PT license in CA, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of experience preferred; hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal drug use and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication.
• Functions under a physician's order.
