Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. The hospital is a 50-bed facility providing long‑term acute care services, with opportunities to care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

You will lead therapy sessions, document progress, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced environment. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and relocation assistance up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Therapy or higher required.
• NBCOT registration and active licensure per state requirements.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Masters degree preferred if BS is not held.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.
