Qualifications

• NBCOT registered and licensed per state requirements.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy where accepted; Master’s degree required otherwise.
• One year of experience preferred; ability to present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to patients per physician orders.
• Perform assessments, plan programs, document progress, and communicate with care teams.
