Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state of practice.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
