Position Details

Location: 2101 State Hill Rd, Wyomissing, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with some days until 7 pm (Monday - Thursday). No weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for referred patients following accepted principles and practices of physical therapy.
  • Report to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
  • Supervise assistants, aides, and students.
  • Support all programs within the Rehabilitation Continuum.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and support staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: 4-year/Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Orthopedic experience preferred
  • Licensure: PA Physical Therapy License (Temp Licensure considered), BLS Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
