Job summary

Pappas OPT Physical and Hand Therapy in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. The role involves developing individualized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$105,000 plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off and student loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to their concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.

You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
