Overview

Earn $80,000–$105,000 plus a $15,000 sign‑on bonus— With Training, Career Development & a Strong Clinical Team.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
