Job summary

Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our full-time team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families to support discharge planning.

The role offers a competitive salary, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and benefits including a student debt program and annual bonus plan. NJ license required; outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Prior outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and appropriately progresses individualized treatment plans.
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members.
• Facilitates professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weeklyCompensation: $86,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience
