Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Allendale, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and design progressive treatment plans.

The role is full-time, Monday-Friday; compensation ranges from $86,000 to $110,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including mentorship, CEU opportunities, debt relief, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• New Jersey State Physical Therapy License required to start.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and progresses individualized treatment plans.
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers for discharge planning.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and communicates with rehab team.
• Facilitates professional growth and improves departmental performance.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Prior outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level acceptable

Responsibilities Of The Physical Therapist (PT)

• Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and appropriately progresses individualized treatment plans.
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members.
• Facilitates professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable
