City/State Woodbridge, VA Work Shift Multiple shifts available Overview: Overview Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Our adult outpatient hospital rehabilitation therapy center is seeking a physical Therapist to join our team clinically focused in outpatient orthopedic/MSK/sports medicine care. We have a team of physical therapists, chiropractors and message. Candidates should have training and certification in, or interested in obtaining training and certification in: manual therapy skills Maitland, Mulligan, Mckenzie, IASTM, BP Restriction, SFMA, Dry Needling. Education Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred) Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy Certification/Licensure Physical Therapist License (Required) Experience Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
