Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for an on-site role in Winter Haven, FL. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, a current Florida PT license, and CPR certification.

1–2 years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation is preferred, with home care exposure welcomed. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call as needed, in clinical and home care settings.

Job Description

Performs clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of therapy. Documents and revises the Plan of Care, progress notes, and clinical records regularly. Plans and provides treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral. Instructs patients and families on transfer techniques, equipment use, and provides education on therapeutic procedures. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensures infection control protocols are followed.

Critical Information

Schedule: Monday-Friday until shift completion, on-call as needed. Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site Environment: Clinical, rehabilitation, and home care settings Compliance/submission notes: Must meet state licensing and CPR certification requirements.

Education/Licenses Needed

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program Current State License as a Physical Therapist CPR certification Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance 1-2 years experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting; home care experience preferred
