Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to lead daily clinical operations, promote the clinic, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will mentor staff, implement new programs, and maintain high standards of service in a supportive, teamwork-driven environment.

You will oversee treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and insurers, and drive clinical growth through IGNITE mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Current MO PT license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Proficiency with EMR system, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals, patient condition and records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.

Job Description

As a ClinicDirector -Physical Therapist, you will facilitate daily clinical operations, including, but not limited to, following policies and procedures, implementing new processes and programming, promoting the clinic, demonstrating exemplary customer service, handling urgent situations, and participating in facility maintenance. • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri PT license and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
