ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Missouri clinic network. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate care with clinicians and insurers.

New grads are welcome and supported through our IGNITE mentorship and structured growth programs. We offer mentorship from clinic leaders, low daily visits emphasis for quality care, generous education funding, and a strong retirement plan.

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine PT treatment required.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Be responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals based on evaluations.
• Implement PT treatment program and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missourilicense and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
