North Boulder Physical Therapy in Westminster, CO is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver evidence-based care with autonomy and mentorship. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and guide recovery with hands-on therapy and education.
The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing professional growth, and a clear path toward clinic leadership within a values-driven, community-focused practice.
For over 40 years, North Boulder Physical Therapy has served the Boulder and Northwest Denver community. Locally owned since 2019 and building on that legacy rather than reinventing it. With four locations (Boulder, Golden, Westminster, Superior) and services spanning manual therapy, sports rehab, dry needling, and post-surgical recovery, patients get comprehensive, evidence-based care close to home.
Join the team and you’ll get unlimited continuing education from day one, in a clinic that runs on real values: winning together, owning mistakes, giving back. Our outcomes rank in the top tier nationally, and how you’re doing outside the clinic matters to us as much as how you’re doing inside it.
This role pays $80,000-$100,800 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.
In addition, we provide:
