Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Passion for working with older adults.
  • New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Assess and improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance.
  • Develop treatment programs focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing injury.
  • Recommend assistive devices and mobility equipment to support safety and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team Members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans.

  • $47.00-$52.00/hour, based on experience-for Part-Time and Full-Time
What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
