Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services, Monday–Friday with PRN/part-time options. You will evaluate and treat patients, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and return to activity.

Required are a PT degree, state license or eligibility, and CPR certification. Competitive salary ($85k–$100k) with comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonus up to $10k to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
