Select Physical Therapy in New Britain, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with PRN and part-time options.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 base, based on experience, plus incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student debt repayment. Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
