Select Medical is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient ortho care at our Storrs, CT location. The role supports all ages, with a focus on returning patients to athletics, work and daily life.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Storrs, CT

Schedule: Monday through Friday

PRN and part-time are also available

Compensation: Salary is $85k to $100k based on experience

Our Select Physical Therapyoutpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist (PT) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. This is a large clinic with 6 clinicians and an ATC at a local high school. We stand out as a Select Sports Center of Excellence!We are across from the UConn campus and see a large number of college athletes including club sports as well as next to EO Smith high school. We are also across from a large medical center with a busy ortho group. This is a wonderful opportunity for a new grad or a seasoned therapist with an interest in sports related injury. We are highly involved in local community events and have the opportunity to work with graduates and undergrad students on the PT track!
