As a member of our rehabilitation department, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Pay starts at $40 (FT) $50 (PRN)per hour and increases based on experience.
Assess, plan, and implement effective physical therapy programs for residents with various medical conditions and disabilities
Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual resident needs and progress
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as prescribed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to improve patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or MSPT)
Michigan state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Preferably 0 years of experience, with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
Familiarity with Net Health billing system
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
40-hour per week position
