Job summary

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’llcollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care whilemaintainingstrong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patients‘ medical historyDiagnosing patients byobservingtheir movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifyingthe plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

About:

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
