Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Physical Therapist Assistant for a respected and growing healthcare services provider known for its supportive team culture and commitment to patient-centered care. This opportunity is onsite in Westchester County, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services. This role offers hands-on patient interaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your skills will contribute directly to patient progress and wellness. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility routines
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and report observations to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to continue care at home
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging therapeutic environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in New York State
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal therapy techniques and rehabilitation strategies
• Experience or interest in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation is a plus
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing learning

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This role offers an hourly compensation rate of $28.
