Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to individuals seeking recovery from injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting their mobility and physical well-being.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
  2. Administer and supervise therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to improve patients' mobility and strength.
  3. Utilize a variety of modalities and equipment effectively to support patients' rehabilitation goals.
  4. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, proper body mechanics, and strategies for preventing future injuries.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, with records completed within 48 hours of patient visits.
  8. Travel to multiple clinics as needed.
  9. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Current state licensure as a physical therapist.
  2. Proven experience in conducting evaluations and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
