FOX VALLEY ORTHOPEDICS is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse musculoskeletal conditions. You will evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain, collaborating with physicians, PTs, assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday with no weekends, and starting pay between $80,000 and $124,800

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist the ideal candidate will provide high - quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population with musculoskeletal conditions. This role involves evaluating, diagnosis, and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. They work closely with the medical team including physicians, physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff to coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes.

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Location: Geneva, Illinois
• Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
• Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
• Expected Starting Pay: $80,000 - $124,800 (based on experience) plus bonuses

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and enhance the vision of the department with an emphasis on growth and program development.
• Promote collaboration with referring physicians.
• Offer clinical instruction to physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students.
• Must be able and willing to collaborate with others as demonstrated by good listening skills, honest and respectful communication, and engaging in the process of reaching consensus when making decisions.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• We also conduct pre-employment TB and drug testing.
• Any job offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment TB and drug screen, background check, and obtaining active licensures per job requirements.
