Job summary

FOX VALLEY ORTHOPEDICS in Geneva, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for musculoskeletal conditions. You will evaluate, diagnose and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain, collaborating with physicians, PT assistants and staff.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $80,000 to $124,800 (based on experience) plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and bonuses.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist the ideal candidate will provide high – quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population with musculoskeletal conditions. This role involves evaluating, diagnosis, and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. They work closely with the medical team including physicians, physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff to coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes.

***$15,000 Sign-On Bonus***

Location: Geneva, Illinois

Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

Expected Starting Pay: $80,000 - $124,800 (based on experience) plus bonuses

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and enhance the vision of the department with an emphasis on growth and program development.

• Offer clinical instruction to physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students.
• Must be able and willing to collaborate with others as demonstrated by good listening skills, honest and respectful communication, and engaging in the process of reaching consensus when making decisions.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
