AXIS Teletherapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide remote school-based therapy nationwide. The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and cultural competence, working within a supportive team to help students build functional skills.

A part-time, 1099 contract position offers flexible daytime hours and complete remote work. Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, state licensure, Vermont Medicaid approval, and at least 2 years in a school setting.

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctorate Degree inPhysical Therapy from an accredited program
• State License in Physical Therapy
• Vermont medicaid approved
• 2+ years of experience in a school setting
• Early Intervention experience preferred
