Job summary

Axis Teletherapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists in Arizona to provide remote school-based OT services. You’ll join a nationwide team delivering high-quality care to students, with flexible part-time or full-time options and 1099 contracting.

We offer mentorship and robust support, a fully remote work model, and competitive compensation. Candidates should have a master’s in OT, AZ license, and state certification to practice in schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Arizona license in Occupational Therapy.
• Arizona Department of Education Certificate for Occupational Therapy.
• 2+ years of experience in a school setting.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements & Responsibilities – Arizona

• Master ’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
