Job summary

AXIS Teletherapy is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our remote, school-facing team in Arizona. You’ll support students through virtual sessions, applying evidence-based OT strategies to build independence and daily function.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Occupational Therapy, Arizona OT license, and an ADE certificate, with 2+ years of school-based experience and a collaborative, client-centered approach.

• Master ’ s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
