Job summary

Sandstone of Tucson is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our care team in Tucson, AZ. You will evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility and function, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT license or Compact license is required.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking Skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
