Within the Rehabilitation unit, the Licensed Physical Therapist will deliver personalized evaluations, therapeutic interventions, mobility training, and recovery plans designed to improve function and independence. This position features multiple shifts available, inpatient and outpatient opportunities, giving rehabilitation professionals flexibility to pursue the schedule and clinical setting that best match their experience and career goals.

Reporting to rehabilitation leadership, the Licensed PT will receive support from experienced therapists, approachable managers, friendly nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers, social workers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include assessing physical limitations, establishing measurable treatment goals, documenting patient outcomes, educating patients and families, coordinating safe transitions of care, and contributing to quality improvement while maintaining professional and regulatory standards.
