Essential Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to maximize the functional independence of residents and patients through therapeutic modalities. The role requires a NY State license, BLS within 90 days of hire, and current CPR certification.

Requirements: BS or MS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required. PhD required for new grads. Prior physical therapy experience preferred.New York State license to practice physical therapy required. Health Care Provider BLS required within 90 days of hire and current CPR certification required.
