Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage. You will join an interdisciplinary team to provide resident-centered PT services and support to enhance mobility and function.

Active Colorado PT license is required; post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus. Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is expected. Competitive pay ranges from $50 to $56 per hour, with benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to residents in a post-acute setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document care and progress using Casamba/Point Click Care.
