Hilltop Park Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our collaborative rehab team. You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services onsite to help residents regain independence.

Required: current CO PT license; part-time PRN shift; compensation $48–$55 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time only; opportunities for growth and professional development in a supportive environment.
