Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient physical therapy clinic. This opportunity offers hands-on patient care, meaningful patient relationships, and professional development in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The selected candidate will treat a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or develop specialized skills in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document patient care accurately using the Raintree EMR system.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation and reduce administrative time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
• Help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
